Always like to keep these. It usually ends in tears but credit to anyone who puts their money/tips where their mouth is "well my latest bets for Cheltenham" (not me, one of our colleagues who'll no doubt be selling Big Issue in town centre after Cheltenham to raise funds to attend Panthers first meeting). Win Thistlecrack - Gold Cup Trixie (3 doubles and a treble to the uninitiated, not the best of bets IMO, especially with one winner at Cheltenham usually a luxury, let alone 2 ) Brain Power - Champion 12/1 Thistlecrack - Gold Cup 5/2 Might Bite - RSA 8/1 TrixieKerrow - Kim Muir 25/1 Uxizandre - Ryan Air 10/1 Thistlecrack - GC 5/2

Short days for me and watching RUK in the afternoon; unlikely to have a bet but might change my mind when it starts.

Looking at the bigger picture I'd say that you just made a small dent in your historic losses - probably increased this week up to now

Just been looking through a couple of last weekend's racing pull outs and it's not hard to see why punters will be paying their debts off for the next few months. Only Buveir D'air and Might Bite were consistent tips that came in (apart from 1/4 Altior that anyone breathing could have picked) amongst the fancied horses. The only big prices that got a mention if you were lucky we're Presenting Percy 11/1 and Penhill at 16/1. First time for years that I couldn't be arsed to have a bet, so the bookies didn't get richer off the back of me. The BSF Sport of Kings thread was very quiet: tells you much! I doubt that they were all at the festival without internet access
