why do speedway riders in the elite seem to sell all there kit at the end of the season , surely keeping the same frames and other stuff will help cut there costs for the next season

why do speedway riders in the elite seem to sell all there kit at the end of the season , surely keeping the same frames and other stuff will help cut there costs for the next season Because most of them want new kit every year, plus some kit has a definite life span and breaks down like most things that get too old.

The older the kit, The more likely it is to break down.

I was just looking at twitter and I just couldn't believe the amount of riders who were selling there rolling chassis (without engines ) and wondered why they seem to want new all the while ,then moan the following season about the costs of getting bikes together
