Made me chuckle to see this on the Radio UK phone app. Reminds one of the quality of the Frost/Mahoney nights, the bear pit of WWoS and Rocketpants. The only known place to catch the former Mrs W that I know of is the fluffy world of FB, so we're out of touch as Hall and Oates would say (great track so worth a listen IMO if the music era means anything to you): and the track that was playing on Zonkers was: When it was first released, in October 1983, Frankie Goes to Hollywood's debut single just about troubled the top 40. Enter irate Radio 1 DJ Mike Read who, objecting to its saucy artwork and lyrics, refused to play the track during the chart rundown. The BBC then banned the song from radio and TV (the original video was all decadent nightclub scenes and allusions to "whatever"). Relax duly climbed to No 1, staying there for five weeks.
