The Niggle magazine@nigglemagazineAt what age do you stop being an 'angry young man' and become a 'moaning old git'? What's the law on this one?

This seems bordering on racism to me Seems to be the overused word of the moment: David Moore@dgmoore75 (20/6/20)To be clear, nothing that has happened in the U.K. since the murder of George Floyd - not the statues, not the marches, not the censorship, not the taking the knee - has advanced race relations in this country one jot. Instead, it’s set us back years. Well played, BLM.

Why do the woke left call anyone that doesn’t agree with them ‘racist’ - it has to stop

Wind producing an impressive 42% of our electricity this morning. Nukes almost 20% and solar over 14% — so over three quarters from non-fossil fuels. Gas at 14%.

So one refugee doesn’t represent all refugees! But one cop represents all cops!
One protest finishes two hours before stabbings and there is no link but slavery that ended 200 years before I was born is linked to me!
The logic of the left is astounding!

The Islamic Libyan murderer in Reading needs answers:
1. As an asylum seeker did he come via Calais, if so when? 2. With thousands of British ppl homeless why was he given a flat? 3. A known security risk why was he not deported?

A banner dragged behind a plane appears to have upset the left far more than a terrorist killing 3 innocents in Reading did. That's where we're at. #ALLLIVESMATER

“We will work fully with the authorities to identify those responsible and issue lifetime bans,” said @burnleyofficial in a statement.
Yes, the stunt was crass and stupid. But a lifetime ban? Just for proclaiming “White Lives Matter”? Utterly ridiculous.

The lines are no longer left v right, sensible people can debate and discuss, if need be agree to disagree. The new line is woke v unwoke. The difference between the two is one can't debate for toffee.

First trip into central London since start of March. (Many weeks) late to this - but the economy doesn't stand a chance with compulsory masks on public transport and in all shops. Not a chance.

Iain Martin@iainmartin1 23/7/20First trip into central London since start of March. (Many weeks) late to this - but the economy doesn't stand a chance with compulsory masks on public transport and in all shops. Not a chance. I agree and that’s after just one visit to M & S Foodhall yesterday - was far too hot and uncomfortable to be able to shop properly not to mention glasses which kept misting up meaning I couldn’t see to read prices, sell by dates etc. Picked up what was on my list and got out of there ASAP - shall concentrate on Home Delivery as much as possible for the immediate future and any non-food purchases will be postponed until essential.

Racing Post@RacingPost 15/9/20The Racing Post is sad to report that nine-time Irish champion jockey and 12-time European Classic winner Pat Smullen has died at the age of 43 Smullen was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in March 2018 and had suffered a relapse in recent months. His family have said that he died this evening in St Vincent's Hospital in Dublin. That's usually picked up so late that little can be done - horrible

Nigel Farage and Richard Tice get the green light from the Electoral Commission to rename the Brexit Party as Reform UK. One of Reform UK's policies is to ease Covid-19 restrictions. The pair are planning to stand over 1,000 candidates at the local elections this year.
