6 Oct 2011 Starship's 'We Built This City' was named 'the worst song of the 1980s' in a poll by Rolling Stone magazine. 'The Final Countdown' by the Swedish band Europe came in second and 'Lady in Red' by Chris de Burgh was third. Also making the top five were Wham!'s 'Wake Me Up (Before You Go Go)' and 'The Safety Dance' by Men Without Hats. Rubbish (naffest videos perhaps?), apart from Lady in Red being accurately crap - well have another opinion poll to say that the weren't the worse songs!

A pair of symbols strapped between their knees Yes I did look at his youtube channel but couldn't see anything else of interest. Well there was one girl who sang Freebird and a Fleetwood Mac song that were reasonable but you have to watch about 4 minutes of crap before you get to the important bit (well you can skip to it but I try not to post videos where people might click & immediately lose interest!).

Spot on. Enjoyed listening for a while but gets repetitive and as you say usually takes a 4 min fast forward before he gets going. Very easy to lose interest.

I prefer the up tempo stuff most of the time. Not always and with everyone but that's the side that I generally come down on. If I was going for no2 on the list it'd be this:
