Surely he was showing the only way for Team GB to get back to the top without having to rely on the BSPA for help.
A bit of initiative and he gets in trouble!

As Rossiter said, sounds like Kennett was unfortunately the one who got caught @scottnicholls78 scott nichollsKasprzak caught with 2 illegal silencers in Sweden...but gets away with it as he didn't use them in the meeting! That sounds fair! Think not
Any truth in that I wonder? His form has picked up a tad of late

CLUB STATEMENT - Wednesday August 10, 2011
BIRMINGHAM Speedway are aware of reports from Sweden concerning Krzystzof Kasprzak and apparently illegal silencers.
Kasprzak was reportedly found with the units prior to his meeting for Vargarna at Vetlanda, but he did subsequently take part in the match on legal machinery, scoring seven points from five rides.
Brummies promoter Graham Drury said: “We as a club are awaiting official reports from the meeting in Sweden, and as soon as we receive that we will decide on what action to take.
"We need the full facts as there is plenty of hearsay at this stage, but clearly this is a major subject in the sport at present and once we have all the information we will make further comment.”
Drury has also confirmed that Ben Barker’s omission from the Brummies team in their narrow defeat at Belle Vue on Monday was due to injury.
He said: “I know supporters have been asking why Ben wasn’t riding, and the reason was that on Saturday night at Plymouth he got his foot caught under the footrest and could hardly walk.
“The supporters who went to Belle Vue will know that Ben Barker’s name appeared in the programme as we had declared him in the team, and it was always my intention to use him there. It’s a pity he was unfit because I feel sure we would have won the meeting with him riding, but we had no choice but to make the change.”
