MATCH FACTS
Head-to-head
• Nottingham Forest have won eight, drawn two and lost three of the 13 competitive matches against Peterborough.
• The last four league meetings have resulted in 1-0 wins, with Forest winning three of them, including the game at London Road in October, when Andy Reid was on target.
• Peterborough's only win in the seven league meetings with Forest was on their last visit to the City Ground on Boxing Day 2011, when George Boyd's goal was the difference between the sides.
Nottingham Forest
• Nottingham Forest are still searching for a first victory under Alex McLeish, after drawing 2-2, home to Crystal Palace, losing 3-0 away to Blackburn, and 3-2, home to League One Oldham in the FA Cup.
• The joint draw specialists in the Championship have not lost at home to a bottom-half club all season.
• They are also yet to lose a game in which they took the lead and have gained an unmatched 15 Championship points from matches in which they were in arrears.
Peterborough United
• Darren Ferguson is hoping to celebrate the first anniversary of his return to London Road with Peterborough's fifth win in six league games in the 300th match of his two-club managerial career.
• Posh are clear of the relegation zone on goal difference only, and defeat would see them becoming the first club in the country to lose 18 league games this season.
• They are averaging a point a game away from home (13 from 13), and need to score twice to take their all-time total of goals in second level league football away from home to 100.
