I can't help thinking that, when Sully took over and Panthers shot up the table, it was the last straw for the Frosts when the BSPA effectively scuppered their play off hopes by doing a U turn on Kings Lynn's illegal use of Kozza Smith. I'm surprised the Frosts want anything to do with the sport now, to be honest.

I'm surprised the Frosts want anything to do with the sport now, to be honest. Couldn't have blamed them but they were masters of their own downfall. Plenty of effort and putting their money down but often in the wrong places at the hands of those with less of an idea. Leaving us in a mess and going to Poole, who partly caused their grief in 2013, was a logical business decision as Hodgy would say, but in speedway terms and customer service it was just another bad decision.

Today I was talking with the new Leicester sponsor, he admitted they are basically a PL level team. At EL level but still way ahead of the actual PL. Let's see how the second leg goes: INTER-LEAGUE CHALLENGE 1st leg (19/3/16)LEICESTER 59: Josh Auty 12, Patrick Hougaard 11, Szymon Wozniak 10+1, Paul Starke 7+3, Nicolai Klindt 7+2, Sebastian Ulamek 7+2, Grzegorz Walasek 5+1. SHEFFIELD 34: Jason Garrity 14, Richard Hall 7+1, Kyle Howarth 4, Dimitri Berge 3+1, Josh Grajczonek 3, Josh Bates 2, Nathan Greaves 1.

Didn't really have much to beat - that looks a poor Sheffield team.

I was just going by the predictions thread on the BSF which generally seems to have Sheffield at the right end of the table. However, after reading it again it also suggests a possible weak tail and being pants away. If it was Leicester v any PL team at any point of the season I'd put money on the PL team not getting 40, and if there was a return leg getting turned over in that as well.

Probably right - but still looks a poor team in a weak EL.

Yup INTER LEAGUE CHALLENGE 24/3/16SHEFFIELD 43: Jason Doyle 10+1, Kyle Howarth 10, Richard Hall 7+1, Dimitri Berge 6, Jason Garrity 5, Nathan Greaves 3+2, Josh Bates 2+1 LEICESTER 47: Josh Auty 11+1, Patrick Hougaard 11, Grzegorz Walasek 9+1, Sebastian Ulamek 6+1, Nicolai Klindt 5+1, Paul Starke 4, Chris Widman 1+1 Now for the EL theory although that's harder to quantify as it's work in process and a season long exercise really.
