NEW Swindon signings Hans Andersen and Troy Batchelor will race into action in the Bob Kilby Memorial Trophy at the Abbey Stadium on Sunday, March 18.
Danish Grand Prix star Andersen is preparing for his first season with the club and Batchelor is set for his second spell as a Robin.
Swindon co-promoter Gary Patchett said: “Clearly a meeting of the importance of the Bob Kilby Memorial warrants the inclusion of the very best riders in the sport.
“We are fortunate to have two of the Elite League’s very best riders at Swindon this year in Troy and Hans. Their inclusion in Bob’s Memorial meeting certainly means that this is a title that is going to take some winning.”

In fact never hear much year on year as they ignore the bloke (apart from when we wanted him to ride for us but he wouldn't). I do wish that they'd get shot of him so that we don't have the charade every year
