But where do you draw the line?
EG...Holder v Pedersen, you know it's gonna be a tight one, they collide on lap two and one goes down, ok, restart was just a racing incident.
Off we go again and it happens again!!
We could be there all night.

Off we go again and it happens again!! We could be there all night. Not if it's just an option the ref has. They never change their mind so why would we be there all night if they make an inconsistent or bad decision (as Horley did last night). It would be sensible if they didn't have to exclude someone just because the race is stopped for no real fault incidents. We pay to see four riders in a race after all

It's not always someones fault so just put all 4 back and give the public what they want rather than pick someone. If you can have first bend bunching on lap 1, why not thereafter? Unless its a straight forward decision.
