TEAM NEWSHull City defender Joe Dudgeon is a major doubt (knee) with Liam Rosenior or Andy Dawson in line to replace him. Jack Hobbs and midfielder Tom Cairney are still out with knee injuries. Matty Fryatt may return from an Achilles problem after the international break. Posh boss Darren Ferguson has a full squad as Tommy Rowe, Danny Swanson and Daniel Kearns are fit and available. Lee Frecklington, Emile Sinclair, Jonson Clarke-Harris and Jaanai Gordon-Hutton could also figure. MATCH FACTSHead-to-head• Hull won both last season's Championship matches against Peterborough 1-0, and are unbeaten in four second level league games against them. • But Posh boast a 15 wins to nine lead over the Tigers from their 32 league engagements, in which 100 goals have been on display. • Peterborough are pursuing a first ever win at the KC Stadium. Hull City• Leicester brought an end to Hull's three-match winning run last time out, but the Tigers are still defending a 100% home league record after three games. • They are challenging for a seventh straight league maximum at the KC Stadium. • Steve Bruce has witnessed his players scoring an unequalled eight goals in the first-half of Championship games, and has also seen them win two of the four matches in which opponents have opened the scoring. Peterborough United• The only league club in England without a point are in danger of tumbling to a club record equalling eighth consecutive league defeat. • Peterborough last notched a point from a 1-1 draw with Derby on the last day of last season, but have not claimed maximum points in 13 attempts since a 1-0 triumph over Leicester at London Road on 31 March. • Should Peterborough score, it would take their goals total in two spells under Darren Ferguson, to 400. bbc

15,279 Hull were no better than Posh at one point! Well that was a coupon buster all round with Posh winning at the 8th attempt and Emile Sinclair scoring a goal (never doubted him for a moment & it never stopped there, did the treble ) Peterborough United 01 Olejnik 03 Alcock 04 Brisley 19 Little 06 Bostwick 14 Rowe (McCann - 76' ) 18 Ferdinand (Ntlhe - 72' ) 20 Knight-Percival 09 Barnett (Tomlin - 81' ) 10 Boyd Booked 12 Sinclair Booked Substitutes 13 Day 05 Zakuani 24 Ntlhe 07 Swanson 11 McCann 44 Mendez-Laing 08 Tomlin
now comes the difficult bit (for the team and Sinclair) of building on that win and performance when they return to London Road. They need to because they are already more than a win away from safety, with a target of 47 points from 38 matches. It isn't rocket science to see that we're already up to our waist in it

More a case of the law of averages and in Hull's case thinking 3 points before the 3pm whistle is blown. We need to celebrate every success, don't think that there will be too many, especially when we need to force it at London Road
