Think Jan might have jumped the gun. I sincerely hope so, fingers crossed for the lad.
Slovenian racer Matija Duh is set to undergo surgery after a crash in the Argentinean Championship at Bahia Blanca left him fighting for his life. The 23-year-old, who served as track reserve at the 2010 and 2011 Croatian SGPs, reportedly struck the tyres at the entrance to the pits following a collision with Italian rider Guglielmo Franchetti. He was taken to Hospital Penna in Bahia Blanca, where doctors confirmed he is in a critical condition having suffered a fractured skull and leg. Posting on Facebook, Franchetti confirmed Duh was “waiting for a complicated operation” and called on “all Duh and speedway friends to keep fingers crossed.” www.speedwaygp

Tragic news. Puts all this petty arguing into perspective.
