If any of you took part in the E Petition re Mildenhall Stadium you will have received as I have just done a reply:

As far as I can see basically they are saying there is nothing to be done as they will not interfere with the judiciary and in any case seem to be saying that it does not matter in law whether the nuisance comes to the complainant or or the complainant comes to the nuisance.

Only saw one report about it and it seemed all rather strange without logic but with NIMBYism although the moaner seemed to move into a speedway zone himself? Apart from that, what's it all about?
