Any truth in the rumour that at the recent BSPA meeting one track proposed 6 fast track riders with the addition of one rider of GP 9-15 place quality? This would enable them to cut costs further but still charge £17 because of a GP type presence?

Any truth in the rumour that at the recent BSPA meeting one track proposed 6 fast track riders with the addition of one rider of GP 9-15 place quality? This would enable them to cut costs further but still charge £17 because of a GP type presence? I did hear a promoter had proposed they increase the fast track riders to 3 next year at a recent EL promoters meeting and that he thought most supporters were stupid. Then another promoter reminded him nearly all EL clubs owed money this year and everyone had lost money because of lack of support and that perhaps it wasn't the supporters who were stupid.

Anyway, while Britain shuffles towards it's AGM, the organised countries are well on the way:
SGP qualifier Jason Doyle is wasting no time getting his 2015 plans in place after agreeing a deal with Swedish Elitserien giants Dackarna.
The Australian ace joins triple world champion Nicki Pedersen and Michael Jepsen Jensen at the Malilla club after making an impressive impact with Vargarna this year.
Doyle averaged 1.654 points per race in his Elitserien debut season and his deal with Dackarna underlines the progress the Newcastle-born rider has made throughout Europe this year.
He was Australia’s star rider in the Monster Energy FIM Speedway World Cup and crowned a stunning year by finishing second in the GP Challenge to book his place in the World Championship for next year.
Racing the sport’s top names every week in Sweden will do Doyle’s chances of SGP success the world of good and he didn’t hesitate when Dackarna came calling.
