or is it:
"Team Great Britain international Simon Stead has joined hometown club Sheffield on a full transfer from Swindon.
The 32-year-old spent four seasons with the Robins from 2009 to 2012 and was a member of the team who finally ended the club’s long wait for an Elite League title in the last of those campaigns. "I enjoyed my time at Swindon, but I’m just delighted to be back at Sheffield, where I’m No.1 and captain." - Simon Stead
In the last two years he has been on loan with the Tigers in the Premier League whilst doubling-up with King’s Lynn and then Leicester, and he will now become a Sheffield asset."

And if Rick & Julie do pull the plug tomorrow to move ahead of the likes of David Hawkins and the Hortons, will our assets become the property of the BSPA? Both of those eventualities have got be worth 5k!

Sounds familiar.
--------------------------- Redcar have had a transfer request from Aaron Summers, so it is perhaps fair to expect a transfer fee, although the amount they're asking for him has apparently scared even Glasgow off.
Now they've refused to continue the loan agreement with Berwick for Matej Kus, and Berwick have published the asking price -- £21,000!
So what's the outcome? Two riders who don't want to be there being forced to ride at Redcar or no place -- that'll be productive.
If they ask for arbitration on their fees, it'll take a long time to sort out, and clubs like Glasgow and Berwick will have moved on.

Don't recall they ever sorted this mess out, certainly doesn't appear so. We took the Redcar stance a couple of seasons ago and lost.
