I wish SKY would get it right, showed the PREM league teams line up Tuesday night, with reserves shown as ELITE DRAFT RIDERS, instead of with their averages, It really pee`s me off, every time I look at the POOLE side, with Newman in the top averages of the ELITE league and Gomolski at around 3.91 in the main body, when this scheme was brought in the top draft riders were supposed to go to the new ELITE teams, then when he went to POOLE found out a rule had been slipped in about their birth town, hence the best rider could go to POOLE, I always wonder who dreamed that one up, Im sure he had ridden at some stage at 3 or 4 for POOLE at some stage and to me should not have been considered as a Draft rider in the first place, apart from that enjoyed the match, just do not like this draft rider scheme. jim

However it's dressed up, the EL draft was just cost cutting and an additional rule to be abused in an already overcomplicated rulebook!
