How can they sign Niemen in place of David Howe who was in for Kossa Smith, Smith was a 6.60 Howe a 7.41 just before Sarjeant went from a 3 to a 6 plus ave, I think the last ave Niemen had was over 8 if I remember correctly, unless he had a dramatic drop in form which I missed
