Well, something had to be done, as there was no "punishment" for the offence, but clear??
I know you are familiar with the rule book, but just try reading the paragraph starting "for clarity..." on its own and tell me what it means. I have read it half a dozen times and I'm none the wiser. It may make sense in the correct context, but clear?? I don't think so!

Clarified? Don't think so! What isn't clear then I think it needs one rule and the full related clarification. I can't really tell what's being explained and why tbh, but then again, who expects clarity and logic with speedway rules. Thanks for posting though I'm sure we'll get it in the end.
