Any news on composition of 2019 committee and when club events likely to commence Thank you to all that attended last nights PPSSC Annual general meeting, particularly Neil Watson and Gerard Rathbone through FaceTime The 2019 committee has been elected as follows; President- Richard Greer Chairman- Richard Butler Vice Chairman/Treasurer- Terry Richardson Secretary- Katy Lewis Members - James Arnold, Jeannette Arnold, Paulene Rowley and Rachel Saunders We will be meeting next week to discuss 2019 memberships and social dates etc, and will keep you posted as normal Feel free to contact any committee member or using our email address ppssc2016@yahoo.com We look forward to another successful year We have a meeting next Wednesday to sort out events for 2019 I intend to update news on here for the future and I also intend to update the Supporters Club page on the Peterborough Website as well. Congratulations Dick on being elected chairman. In the past I have been critical of many things and it is in my nature to continue to do so. You will know however that like all others on here that my concern has always been for what is beneficial to Panthers and Supporters. Living in Cambridge as I have said before it is impractical for me to be any further involved

PPSSC - Changes & News
Peterborough Panthers Speedway Supporters Club have amended some details of its Pre Season & End of Season parties following its meeting this week.
It was originally planned to hold the Pre Season Party on Friday March 22nd following on from a Press and Practice session earlier in the day but with the club having to move the official Peterborough Press & Practice day to Wednesday March 27th and with rider availability somewhat restricted for March 22nd the Supporters Club have changed the Party to a Fans Forum and Social Evening on the 22nd with new owner Keith Chapman, Promoter Colin Pratt and Team Manager Carl Johnson offering to explain the changes, direction and future plans for the Peterborough Panthers as they look forward to life in the Premiership for 2019.
The floor will then be opened up for a question and answer session afterwards and it’s also hoped that some of this years riders will be able to attend and give their views on the forthcoming season.
A nominal charge will be made will be made for entry with all profits going to the Supporters Club.
This is an excellent opportunity for Supporters to get the answers to all their questions arising from the takeover and elevation to the top league for 2019.
The date for the End of Season Party has also changed and this has been brought forward to Friday October 11th, the day after the planned final date for the Premiership Grand Final, and has been done to ensure all riders will be available to attend the evening festivities.
