Wheels well and truly coming of at London Road as Posh slip to 9th having also played more games than those around them. In true Panthers style it can't be too long before the calculators come out and "mathematically possible" enters the conversation as Posh chase the last play off place
Toney could have snatched an undeserved win at the death to paper over the cracks but it wasn't to be. Gillingham had the majority of the play without really creating too many clear cut chances but nobody could have complained if one of their numerous excellent corners had been nodded in.
When we resigned George Boyd the thought of him widening the play, putting in crosses, putting through killer balls and having shots from an advanced position was quite exciting, so whose bright idea was it to play him in a nothing position where Posh always have a surplus of average players to fill? What is the effin diamond formation anyway? Just looks like nobody has a clue what to do?
How the hell did Beevers play in the Championship and what the heck is he doing as captain? He hardly leads by example or could be in any way seen as a driving force within the side.
