A meeting's a meeting with this lot anyway. Pre-meeting, AGM, EGM is just like EL, it means nothing. You got that right. Makes you wonder what everyone is buggering about at then if it's so clear cut We'll expect a BSPA statement by the end of the week saying that they were right all along and the 8 team disaster goes ahead in 2011 as planned without last year's champions and 3rd place side to further confirm the sports status

He's not a speedway regular (more into grasstrack, road racing etc) but said that he'll make a visit or two to Leicester next season. Without prompting though he commented on speedway's ridiculous rules and how non believers were supposed to take the sport seriously? Normally I'd put up a valiant effort to defend our sport but with the EL relegation play off winners relegating themselves to the PL and the 2010 EL 4th placed team & champions, and the 3rd placed side both AWOL atm from the 2011 Delete League, I'm afraid that I had to agree with him

Actually we will be to blame for it. We walked. What a great legacy for Panthers. So we walked but how much effort was made by either party to put that right (and indeed the reasons for it are still far from clear). If they can't come to a sensible agreement PDQ then any legacy will be shared by all. As you said though who gives a toss? Speedway is a minority sport which is on a mission to drive away its hardcore support, genius administration!

Keep saying it often enough etc. With e-mail, forums, Facebook, Twitter etc I could have a ball next season if I'm not pre-occupied with my own club. I'm fed up being positive and my natural negativity is straining at the leash to get stuck into this cock-up

Those supporters are not the target though (although your calculator's malfunctioning). It's those wanting positivity and slap on the back who'll be doing the reading.

Keep saying it often enough etc. That's a bit rich from someone who seems to have shares in the number of times he can say "we walked out" "it's our problem" or praise the BSPA for doing such a crapping cracking job Which one of these is the favourite amongst some of the more vitriolic influential members of the BSPA ;D

I fear our supporters will be waking up and smelling the coffee soon enough. I don't believe we have any chance of EL racing at the Showground in 2011 and the trouble we have caused lends me to think NL is not a foregone conclusion. We have knackered up spectacularly and the Monberg ending will hit us like Groundhog day.

I've been hearing that for weeks as well, I do wish they'd get on with it I've got copyright on the Monberg ending although the diffence there was: Bratley added: "We could go into the realms of a legal fight but there are three reasons why that is not going to happen - it would be costly, it would be time-consuming and it could be very damaging for the sport." We are allegedly in a legal fight, I doubt that RF is too fussed about the cost or whether it's time-consuming or damaging to the sport in its present form

No-one will come out of this positively. The only real losers will be the fans

The only real losers will be the fans If that's the case then he's not alone as Coventry did the same. It was also said previously that the BSPA would rather have Frost back than Sandhu. I'd imagine that the Bees will be in the 2011 EL so where does that leave GB speedway anyway. According to champs only 10% of fans will be inconvenienced although you can do anything with statistics, the damage during 2011 is going to be much worse although it's only me who thinks so

I dont care about Coventry It was also said previously that the BSPA would rather have Frost back than Sandhu. Source? People will not have the money and in some cases the jobs to be able to go to watch PUFC let alone Panthers. Whatever, gates will be down and that's a fact. Petrol prices up, VAT up, meaning disposable income is down. Oh yeh Happy New Year

Oh yeh Happy New Year Happy New Year to you too although Mike Parry on Talksport has been saying that anyone who wishes anyone HNY after Jan 1 is on sandwich short of a pinic - I don't subscribe to that though 2011 is gonna be tougher than tough so why the BSPA chose this time to implode is rather confusing
