I have read that a deal has been agreed for next year although no detail has emerged other than Poland want to utilise Thursdays as an off race night for postponements etc and are letting riders ride in more Leagues elsewhere.
Whether this solves some of the rider availability in the U.K. remains to be seen but I dare say other issues will surface at some point in time.

I doubt it was agreed, more like dictating to the desperate. If this happens I can only foresee even more guests or R/R teams. It’s been bad enough with the Polish rules in place. Maybe it’s a result of Poland starting to feel the financial issues all other Country’s are facing. Bollixio to Poland if they have their agreed race nights, our PL has ours and should be respected.

Former world champion Jason Doyle will not return to PGE Ekstraliga side Unia Leszno in 2023, the club has confirmed.
There has been huge speculation about Doyle’s future with the Bulls in the Polish media in recent days, with growing rumours linking him with a move to newly-promoted club Krosno.
Leszno has already recruited 2012 world champion Chris Holder for the 2023 season and Doyle was expected to join him in spearheading the club’s title bid.
But posting on their social media accounts on Tuesday evening, Leszno confirmed Doyle was on his way out of Alfred Smoczyk Stadium.
The post simply read: “Officially!! Jason Doyle will not represent Fogo Unia Leszno in season 2023.”
It’s possible Doyle will opt for a busier calendar in 2023 after Polish speedway authorities agreed a deal with British bosses to allow PGE Ekstraliga riders to race in two other leagues from next year. Under the current rules, they are only permitted to compete in one other league.
Doyle spent this year with Leszno in Poland and SGB Premiership club Ipswich in the UK. But having made an end-of-season return to Sweden with Indianerna, the regulation change could clear the way for the FIM Speedway of Nations winner to compete in all three countries all season if he wishes.

Bauhaus Elitserien chairman Mikael Holmstrand has backed a compromise agreement with Polish speedway bosses that should allow more riders to return to more of Europe’s leagues in 2023.
Over the past two seasons, Polish authorities have limited riders competing in the PGE Ekstraliga to racing in just one other league, while First and Second Division riders could race in two other competitions.
But in a three-year agreement running until 2025, PGE Ekstraliga stars can now enter two other leagues, meaning they could race in both Sweden and Denmark or Sweden and Britain, for example, if they wished.
The move will come as a boost to a number of Speedway GP riders, especially the Aussies, as Jason Doyle, Max Fricke and Jack Holder all regularly compete in the UK, where they are based, and would now have the option to add Sweden to their 2023 fixture schedule.
It will also give the opportunity for riders from nations like Britain or Denmark to compete in their homeland, but also test themselves in Sweden.
The agreement between Polish, Swedish, Danish and British bosses hands Polish clubs first call on riders’ services if they wish to restage rained-off fixtures on Thursday – in addition to their regular Friday and Sunday action.
This could impact on SGB Premiership teams, who stage their fixtures on Mondays and Thursdays. But from the Swedish side, Elite Speedway Sweden chairman Holmstrand is happy to see the Bauhaus Elitserien able to attract more top riders for 2023. He said: "It is a good agreement and Mikael Karlsson, responsible for Track Racing at SVEMO, together with the other countries' representatives, has reached an agreement completely in line with what ESS wanted.
“There is an extremely big difference in the economic conditions in Poland and we have to respect that. We are talking about television agreements that can be most closely compared to the SHL (Swedish Hockey League) or the football Allsvenskan in Sweden and whether we like it or not, we have to accept that money controls our operations and that the leagues are best off agreeing this way rather than blocking riders.
"The agreement means more available riders and greater competition for the places for foreign riders and thus a greater opportunity to negotiate reasonable agreements, which is important for our Swedish clubs.”
