Panthers and Coventry are reportedly involved in last-ditch talks to rescue their places in the Elite. But with the division’s first fixture scheduled for March 26, time is running out for the rebel teams to settle their differences with the BSPA.

Well its been a week now since Sideshow Bob and the Coventry Gob took to the mike at the EoE and guess what we haven't heard a thing since then. But as my learned friend pointed out to me we havent heard anything for the past 4 months so why should we expect anything now. For some clubs the speedway season starts THIS WEEK. I really do hope that for all the Frost apologists the penny is finally starting to drop. They are of course entitled to their opinion and support whoever they like but to give that support to someone who cant be bothered to say a few words or come up with a few sentences is just beyond my comprehension. The club has done absolutely nothing to explain to its fans (& customers) why they will not be watching speedway this season, that in itself is unforgivable, disrespectful and damn rude in my book. I just want the club to tell it as it is and be honest, I dont think thats a lot to expect? Ive given over 30 years of support and god knows have many quid to the club over the years. In return I think that I have a right to a few explanations!
