The answer is people wanted change, to which I understand. Unfortunately they didn’t realise what that would mean. It’s now sinking in. I’ve not spoken to one person that thinks a now Labour government is a positive. They reap what they sowed. |

We are entering a 5 year Labour dictatorship only 33.7% voted for Labour and I suspect that at least 10% of those already have buyers remorse now that reality has hit and they have engaged their brain. The electoral system and statistics suggest that we are already in a Labour dictatorship? That's all down to Tory incompetence. They consistently ignored voters wishes year on year and had a leader merry-go round ignoring their members: the first enabled Farage & Reform to grow because they strategically latch on to voter discontent, secondly they installed an under-skilled bank manager as leader who got spooked by Farage (The same as Cameron) and called an election when he had no need to do so. We should still be 7 or 8 weeks away from an election but Sunak bottled it. |

The timing was dreadful and doomed to fail. Very much doubt 2 months would have made much difference to the outcome. We’re up the creek with the US. That’s what really concerns me. Baldrick is steering the ships. I hope the slug on the lip will do it 😆 |

Most peoples perception of the Labour Party is that it is there for the less well off. Well their actions so far shows something different. The Labour Party has and probably always will be a hotch potch of genuine socialists , the dotty socialists and communists. Their philosophy is to be resentful of any section of society that they percieve as better off regardless of the reason.

Sunak was/is the British Kamala Harris. Hopefully she gets a similar result to him. We could certainly do with a proficient slug balancer to save us  |
