Interesting end date which is after the local elections 2025 (The 2025 United Kingdom local elections will be held on 1 May 2025. All seats on all 21 county councils in England and ten unitary authorities in England) which will kickstart this petition and make it an issue at that time. Anyone who tells you that voters at that time vote on local issues (some do but they are the minority) is kidding themselves. Local elections are a referendum on who's in no10.
