I see the Rye House Promoter Len Silver is in hot water according to the star this week having been fined £100 for Ungentlemanly Conduct after he made a public protest against one of her decisions in a match at Mildenhall.
Apparently she excluded Brendan Freemantle for making no attempt to race when he slowed to nearly a stop to allow his team mate on a tactical to overtake him for the 6 pts.
Thats a nice can of worms opened over how slow can a rider go to allow his team mate to overtake when playing tactical shenanigans before he falls foul of the above rule.
Horley should need no introduction to Panthers fans when she blindly declared an Eastbourne rider had won a heat at the Showground when he was openly being interviewed by Craig Saul in the pits whilst the 4 riders were slowing down after the race.

Rico and Batch did the same thing at Eastbourne?
Stupid decision and i hope the Rye House promoter takes the BSPA to court and sues them. Also did anyone see Matt Ford giving Alex Harkness 15k for THJ. That 15k is not for THJ but 15k for changing the only 1 8+ rule so Holder and Ward stay together.

That'll get the BSPA reaching for a dictionary to find the meaning of consistency
