Peterborough boss Darren Ferguson expects Gabriel Zakuani to play in Saturday's game.

The defender has been nursing a toe injury and was forced off early in the second half of the home defeat to Hull last weekend.

Burnley are still without Martin Paterson, Michael Duff and Danny Ings.

Striker Paterson has a thigh injury, while Duff is sidelined with a knee problem and Ings is recovering from a torn cartilage.

A good win indeed but I'm not sure about the absorbing pressure bit. I don't think any result would have been harsh: home, away or draw. The fact that Posh's no1 (slight cock up by the announcer as Posh's no1 is a benchwarmer atm ) was named MoM would suggest that Burnley got through too often

I'll take the 3 points though and Tomlin being substituted!

POSH central defender Ryan Bennett has received a first call-up to the England Under 21 squad.

Bennett has been included in Stuart Pearce’s party for two European Championship qualifiers away to Iceland and Norway on October 6 and October 10 respectively.

Pearce said: “I’ve have watched Ryan twice recently in games against Burnley and West Ham. He did very well in both matches when playing above his years.”
