"and free parking in the main car park." - well at least they got that out there. I wonder if anyone bought early doors thinking that they'd be parking inside? I wonder if they've sold a 100 yet? By the way that they keep pushing it I suspect not? A closing date would also be helpful

And that was the case from the get go which is why I said that some may get a shock if they hadn't read (and clarified with Johnson) the original literature which didn't really confirm one thing or the other re season ticket parking (BBs unaffected with usual provision) in 2023. If stadium parking was a valuable perk and decision maker then there may be some unhappy early purchase punters?

I do find it hard to believe that a decision to purchase a season ticket would be based on an able bodied person having to walk from the main car park. It may P a few off but it’s more important for BB holders to have the inside stadium access, season ticket holder or not.

And that was the case from the get go which is why I said that some may get a shock if they hadn't read (and clarified with Johnson) the original literature which didn't really confirm one thing or the other re season ticket parking (BBs unaffected with usual provision) in 2024. It may P a few off but it’s more important for BB holders to have the inside stadium access, season ticket holder or not. I think that possibly quite a few were influenced ans decided to buy a season ticket at least in part due to the parking. Following the debacle not so long ago when they wanted BB holders to walk the not inconsiderable distance from whatever car park was in use at the time to the track,I did not understand how having u turned on this( for which I claim some credit) how they then extended this privilege to season ticket holders. Have to say wife is a BB holder and we were treated magnificently last season by those in charge of parking. At the moment and I am sure this is true of many BB holders if not for this facility I doubt we would be able to go at all. I have recently sent my Season Ticket applications off.

I agree though that it shouldn't but the facility was in place and it wasn't at all clear that it wasn't in operation in 2023. If anyone with any type of visual or hidden disabilty (without a BB) purchased for internal parking when that was easily unavoidable confusion with clear club communication then I don't dismiss that so easily. Speedway doesn't really need to be p'ing off anyone unnecessarily.

The club make the rules, the change regarding BB holders was the right one (good work Rodders). You shouldn’t use a disabled parking space anywhere without a BB - although we know many selfish people do. A real pet hate of mine.

Where are we at (26/1/23): 1. Chris Holder 2. Benjamin Basso3. Kenneth Bjerre??? 4. Hans Andersen 5. Neils Kristian Iversen6. Ben Cook 7. Jordan JenkinsOne of those 3 is wrong apparently (or that was the case at the time) so it can only be Bjerre? Andersen is nailed on and as suspected Holder looks extremely likely as well, it’s just the last spot that everyone is not really positive about. To be nailed on for a real crack at the title we need a good heat leader at no 1 Bjerre, Thomsen, Pedersen etc but if we go down the Tungate, Worrall route then I think we will come up short, Worrall would be a crap signing in my opinion, the blokes a gating tart like his brother., but Tungate isn’t a lot better although good at home he is a poor traveller. so we have worrall …club looking a shambles to me ..,the way they’ve gonna about setting the team up is ridiculous ..wouldn’t be surprised if the big hitter is Nicola sturgeon

Well that's knackered that? My mate was saying that he'd apply for his season ticket at the start of the week to avoid the rush when Johnson's exciting news was published! I'm sure that Johnson will have plenty of time to process the 100 or so applications he's got? Just a reminder, season tickets still available PETERBOROUGH are pleased to welcome Richie Worrall as their next new signing for the 2023 season. The 31-year-old joins after spending last year with A47 rivals King’s Lynn and he brings a wealth of knowledge and proven ability on several Premiership tracks. Worrall enjoyed a solid campaign with the Stars with a final average was 6.31 which becomes 6.15 for team-building purposes. He was also a big scorer for Leicester in the Championship with the Lions now one of the Panthers’ rivals having stepped up to the top flight. Consequently, Worrall now has a place in the second tier with Plymouth. His scoring at the EoES last season was strong, with paid-ten at reserve in King’s Lynn’s League Cup victory on Easter Monday, and then paid-nine in the main body of the side on both of their Premiership visits. Worrall said: “I had a couple of good matches at Peterborough last year, and they were always a strong choice of mine. It’s worked out exactly how I wanted, and I’m really happy about it (hopefully he doesn't read the BSF )
“I always like a new challenge, and you can see that from my career so far because I’ve moved around and I like to ride different tracks. It makes you a better rider, to be able to ride them all. “I guess it’s a bit of a selling point for me that I know all the places, I’m not green, and I’ve definitely got my stronger tracks and my weaker ones - but so has everybody apart from Doyley (Jason Doyle)! “I felt like I had a strong year at Leicester last season, I know King’s Lynn as well, and I’m really excited about this year. “I’m really looking forward to the team, and working with the other boys. There are some exciting names there to be working with and riding with, and I have a good mechanic working with me so that’s going to make life a lot easier. “I’ve got a good outlook on things, I’ve just become a Dad, I’ve got a little boy now so that changes things mentally and it gives you a reason why for a lot of things. It’s all positive for me, and I’m really looking forward to this year.” Worrall joins Niels-Kristian Iversen, Benjamin Basso, Ben Cook and Jordan Jenkins as confirmed starters for 2023, and the club expect to be in a position to provide a further update in the near future. club website.

Not keen on Worrall and not keen on Tungate. Alarming rumours on BSF that Buster has put his oar in re Hans. Think we need to know why as it seems Tomalin now not buying club , and also allegedly whilst he is still the money man he allows Buster to behave with impunity. same sort of thing happened when the team signed by Ged was ripped apart. What a bloody hames
