Four leagues points at Belle Vue on Monday night puts them right back in with a chance of the play off's. If they take anything away from Alwalton on Thursday we're in trouble. Lets put it into proper context shall we Lynn have won twice away from Saddlebow this year both times at Belle Vue, we are yet to ride at Belle Vue this year. That's a good point but falls flat on it's ar$e when you consider we have only won away from home in the EL once in twenty four months or twenty five attempts.

Nigel Pearson @nigelpearson
I get the feeling I will be making a few trips to King's Lynn with the @skyspeedway team next season - even as late as October! Approve!

Even Stead got the thumbs all though heavens knows why with only Iversen, Schlein and Klindt putting in reasonable returns the latter once he had got his set up right. I am still surprised pretty much surprised everyone rates them, they look ordinary and if Korneliussen and Alden don't significantly raise their game it will be another average season.

Having decided to risk the weather I went along last night and have to say that the meeting contained some excellent racing. Lynn will be difficult to beat around their own track and unfortunately I think they could well have a good season.

Should be able to access everyone better after Good Friday.

Good sides don't always win, look at Poole last year and the other year when Coventry beat them.
Good young improvers with one or two big hitters will always give you a chance but you do need luck as well. and to be fair we haven't had much in recent years. I think a tactically astute team manager helps but only so much. In addition be able to afford or be ruthless enough to change a team that needs it is always a bonus.
Whether we have any success this year remains to be seen but the team on paper is top 4 in my opinion and if several riders shine who knows but we are well due some luck.

Apologies, my point was regarding our past 2 season openers, home and away. Our initial assessment after those openers was as good as it got. As you hint, it's not the team you start with as much as the team you progress during the season. Agree if we remain injury free and tactically astute I would expect a top 4 finish.

Hi Cannot believe that Lynn lost the match last night, they will never have a better chance to beat Poole, especially after Ward crashed out, with no competitive matches meeting us at that stage was a big bonus for them, then with Mescowiak missing, I thought they would beat Poole, then the added bonus of Ward should of sealed it,I know they got one point but on the wayback to lynn, must have thought they had lost (I would have) jim

It beggars belief that an outfit with Ales Dryml in it would sooner go with him than Worrall, it shows extremely poor judgement to their own fans, I can only think Lynn have bought out Hanson.
